We can't speak highly enough of our experience with Sharlene . We were first-time homebuyers with very little knowledge about how to find the right place. We met with a couple of realtors before Sharlene, but we knew instantly that she was the one for us. She is honest and hands-on with a very calm demeanor which really helped to take the pressure off of us. We never felt forced to make an offer and when we finally found the "one" and ended up in a bidding war, she walked us through every step of the negotiations, even suggesting that we write a letter to the sellers to explain why we thought they should choose us. It was an unconventional approach but it worked and we thank Sharlene for that every day!

Before deciding on a real estate agent, my wife and I spent several weeks researching to see who the best choice would be based on the investment the agent would make into selling our home – not an agent who is looking for a quick sale.
